In November 2006, I made a pledge to do what I could. I knew that the orphanage in Zimbabwe needed $10,000 to complete a learning center they needed to educate the children.
My partner and I sat on the sofa in a snow storm in Denver, CO, and created a campaign called, Africajack. What's the easiest way to educate people quickly? The internet. Within 54 days, we had raised the money and the AfricaJack Foundation was beginning to form.
